Frankie Mazzone (she/her) is a 14 yr old transgender student in year 9, and also a passionate activist for her community.
Frankie and her mum, Patrice Capogreco (she/her), share their journey of finally arriving at a supportive and inclusive school after years of Frankie being bullied around her gender.
Their story acknowledges the destruction of discrimination and the impact this had on Frankie, her well-being and her education. This Power Parent-Daughter duo are using their story to start conversations and make change.
