Kate McCartney is a writer, director, illustrator, animator, podcaster and performer, most famous for starring in ABC TV’s The Katering Show and Get Krack!n. She’s written for Adam Hills Tonight, Dirty Laundry Live, Spicks and Specks and Little Lunch and been published in Penguin’s Thanks For The Mammaries and Penguin/Random House’s Women of Letters: Between Us.
Sally Rugg is an LGBTIQ activist and former GetUp creative and campaigns director. Sally was a contributing author for Growing Up Queer in Australia, and her first book, How Powerful We Are: Behind the scenes with one of Australia’s leading activists, is a story of dirty politics, sophisticated campaigning, raw personal story and the historic social movement that achieved marriage equality.
