Kitsch In Synch is homage/parody of the Kitchen Sink Drama, a commentary on gender-based roles in society and a satirical look at mid 20th century women’s movies. The performance is completely compiled from Rare Songs, Radio and TV commercials, Spoken word recordings and Sound effects, and is lip- synched entirely by the sole performer. “Desperate Housewives” meets “The Stepford Wives”. Part gender illusionist, part slapstick clown, Pollyfilla promises you an entertaining, comedic and at times moving performance.
